Berth is for anyone whose day has a lot of stops. Every feature below earns its place by helping you plan the day, drive it calmly and get home safe. The work tools only appear if you drive for work.
Turn-by-turn navigation with CarPlay
A full routing engine for days with a lot of stops, whether that's school runs and errands or a full day of deliveries.
- CarPlay integration: Native map template, search, POI, and turn-by-turn guidance on your car's dashboard. No phone interaction required.
- Multi-stop routing: Plan all your stops in sequence. Drag to reorder, voice to add.
- Real-time traffic-aware rerouting: Alternate routes with toll and highway awareness. Berth picks the one that gets you there safe, not just fast.
- Nearby POI search: Gas, EV chargers, food, rest areas and parking, from the CarPlay screen or via voice.
- Trip resume: If the app closes, your phone restarts, or Berth updates mid-drive, reopen it and your route picks back up where you left off, multi-stop routes included.
- Where am I: The navigation banner shows the street, city, state and ZIP you're on as you drive.
- En español: If your iPhone is set to Spanish, Berth's screens and spoken directions are in Spanish too.
Drive Mode
The core loop. A calm, distraction-free map you actually drive with.
- Pickup panel: Slides in when you're stopped, hides at highway speed so you're not distracted.
- Motion-aware chrome: The UI knows whether you're parked, rolling, or on the highway. Controls you don't need disappear.
- Ambient Live Activity: A glanceable status bar on the lock screen and Dynamic Island, so you don't have to open the app.
- One-tap Home: Set your home address once, then tap the Home tab any time to route back instantly.
Route Optimizer & Sofia
Sofia, Berth's voice copilot, plans your route and answers your questions. Not a chatbot bolted onto a map.
- Bulk stop planning: Paste a list of addresses, upload a screenshot, or import a spreadsheet. Berth builds the best multi-stop route and shows you a preview before you commit.
- Ask Sofia: Ask anything about your route, your day, or a specific address in plain English.
- Learns your patterns: Berth notices your regular places and routines over time and uses them to make better suggestions.
- Accounts: Save the stores or clients you call on and how often to visit each. Berth logs visits on its own, gives you a heads-up when you're near one that's due, and routes every due account in one tap.
Week planner
For weeks with school runs, appointments, errands or client visits.
- Week calendar: Add each day's stops yourself, or give Berth a list of errands and let it spread them across the week.
- One-tap ordering: Sort any day into the fastest route, then drive it without leaving Berth.
- Routines: Save a regular loop once, like Monday's, and it repeats every week.

- Break coaching: Gentle, fatigue-score-driven reminders to stop, hydrate, eat, stretch. Escalates with your fatigue level, not on a fixed timer.
- Fatigue scoring: Continuous driving time, shift length, time of day, and check-in data combine into a real-time fatigue score so Berth knows when to intervene.
Wellness Hub & community
Driving alone all day is still driving alone. The Wellness Hub is where Berth checks in on you, and where other Berth users do too.

- Delete whenever: Full account + data deletion in Settings, not hidden behind a support email.
